The splicing screen and LED display screen, as the main display screen of the live network, are relatively common. Among them, the splicing screen is an industrial LCD screen, which is only known by people in some industries. It is commonly used in monitoring display, conference display and exhibition hall display, so many users do not know its specific working principle. In fact, it is a splicing LCD screen similar to TV, which belongs to a high-definition LCD large screen. LED displays are common around our lives. Many outdoor advertising displays and public display screens use LED displays. Therefore, each has its own advantages and disadvantages. The specific choice depends on the actual use and display content.

1、 Splicing screen

Mosaic screens were basically used in the security monitoring display system in the early days. With the upgrading of the splicing technology, they began to be reused in indoor meetings, exhibition halls, big data and other occasions. Because of its advantages such as high-definition, highlight, rich and delicate colors, it has also become the main product of the large screen for live broadcast on the Internet. The conventional sizes of one screen are 46 inches, 49 inches and 55 inches, which are the same size as the TV. Multi screen splicing forms a large size display, which can be wall mounted. Compared with LED display, the screen of the splicing screen is clearer, and the refresh rate is high. When shooting with a mobile phone, there is no water ripple, the entire screen is clear, and the picture is balanced.

In order to ensure the overall display effect, we can use the splicing screen with small seams, such as 0.88mm products, to ensure that the frame at the splicing point can be as small as possible and reduce the loss of images. In terms of price, the price of splicing screen is much lower than that of small pitch LED, and its stability is also good. There is basically no after-sales service in the later period, so it is more stable and reliable overall.

2、 LED display

LED display screen has the advantages of unified full screen display and no splicing obstacle. The entire screen has no blocking when displaying content. It is especially suitable for full screen display of a large screen when used for live broadcast. Its disadvantage is that the resolution is slightly low, and there will be dead lights after a long time of use. The after-sales rate will be higher in the later period. In order to ensure the overall clarity, some products with small spacing are usually used, That is, products below P2. At the same time, in order to ensure that there is no water ripple when looking on the mobile phone, we should try to use products with high refresh rate of more than 3840Hz. This will ensure the display effect of the entire screen, but it will undoubtedly increase the overall purchase cost.

If LED display screen is selected, it is generally recommended to select a P2 or so product. If the refresh rate is 3840Hz, it can be directly installed on the background wall. Only a computer and an external splicing processor are required to control it, it can display images on the computer in real time, including text information, data content, video, etc.
