Before we delivery the goods

1> We will provide you the cabinet assemble and construction diagram, that will make you much more easy in the installation.

2> We will have free training for how to use the software and how to assemble the screen. Yet, if you can’t come to our factory to do this. Then we can use internet training or remote control.

3> When you install the screen, we will provide you the all technique support refer to those screen.

4> Technical Support: We could send our engineer to guide the installation for you. But the relevant cost should be paid by your esteemed company such as visa, hotel, food, plane ticket for back and forth, and should help to arrange our staff visa.

After the screen was installed

1> If you found module working unordinary, please take some pictures and send it to us. We will settle the problem for you within 24 hours.

2> If you found LED lamp dead (of course may be few years later), we will have demo video to teach you how to change it, some you have some knowledge of electronics. Few minutes you can settle it.

3> If some module with big problem that can’t be fixed in local, then means you should send the module back to us, we will settle the problem two days after we got it.or we will arrange engineer to your city to repair it, but client only provide the eating and hotel to our engineer.
